Based in Kidderminster, Worcestershire, Victoria Carpets Limited is one of the leading carpet manufacturers in the United Kingdom.
At its highly efficient mill, Victoria Carpets manufactures high quality tufted and Wilton woven carpets. Victoria's products are positioned at the middle to top end of the market places, and include the market leaders such as the Tudor Twist Collection, Duchess Elite and Super Wyndham.
Victoria Carpets sells in both the UK and overseas, with approximately 80% of sales to the UK market, mainly for residential use. Sales are made through a variety of channels. The independent retail sector accounts for the largest share, with approximately 68% of UK sales passing through this conduit. Major store groups such as the John Lewis Partnership, and Allied Carpets are also important, accounting for approximately 20% of UK sales.
Victoria is active in over 40 export markets world-wide. The export business is mainly involved with custom contracts, largely for the hospitality and leisure sector. Victoria supplies many major international hotel groups with luxury carpeting. Recent contracts have included 4 and 5 star hotels for the Sheraton, Hilton and Sofitel groups.
Victoria's UK carpet manufacturing facilities have been the subject of considerable investment since the present management team took over in 1996. Every Tufting machine has been replaced, £2 million has been invested in a new environmentally friendly backing line and the modern warehousing and despatch area ensure an efficient service for customers.

Terry joined Victoria Carpets in 1985 as Chief Accountant and has been responsible for both the accounting and IT function within the Company since that date. Terry was subsequently appointed Finance Director of Victoria Carpets in 1989 and as Company Secretary to Victoria PLC in 1993. Terry has a breadth of experience and knowledge of the industry and his high standards of financial control are invaluable.
Shaun Lewis
Sales & Marketing Director — Victoria Carpets UK
Shaun joined the Company in July 2001 as National Sales Manager having held a similar position in Tomkinson Carpets for some years. He has been instrumental in establishing a strong sales infrastructure at Victoria Carpets and has been focused on developing key client relationships and a service culture throughout the Company. Shaun was appointed Sales & Marketing Director in January 2004 and is now also involved in the development of the Company's innovative and exciting product ranges.

Neil is a graduate in textile engineering from Leeds University and has had extensive experience in the carpet industry having previously worked for over 14 years with Brintons Ltd, who he joined as a graduate trainee. His experience covers logistics and supply chain management and he has developed a sound understanding in the management of relationships between costs, customer service, inventory and manufacturing and purchasing efficiencies.
Paul Shaw
Managing Director - Victoria Luxury Flooring (VLF)
Paul joined Victoria in September 2011 to spearhead the UK company’s new Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) division having spent 23 years with LVT brand leaders Amtico International. He is responsible for the start-up of this new division and introducing the product into both commercial and retail markets. His appointment allows the Victoria Carpets’ team to remain focussed on its core quality carpet business.
