Electronic Communications

In line with our environmental policy to help reduce the demand on natural resources, and to help the Company to reduce its costs, it is Victoria’s intention to gradually introduce the use of  electronic communications to advise its shareholders of the latest information published on the Company.

Resolutions were passed at the AGM held in 2008 to change the Company's Articles of Association to allow for electronic communciations with its shareholders.  It is the Company's intention to use a phased approach to adopting this form of comunication with our shareholders.

Dividend payments can be automatically paid into your bank account by downloading the pdf in the Investor Downloads section and forwarding it to our registrars.
